Who we are

Pixel Realm ("we") runs the YouTube channel @PixelRealmTV and a private production tool (the "Pixel Realm tool") that makes and uploads the channel's videos. The tool is used only by the channel owner.

YouTube API Services

The Pixel Realm tool uses YouTube API Services. By using features that rely on them you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

What data the tool accesses

• When the channel owner connects their Google account, the tool receives OAuth access and refresh tokens for the YouTube Data API with the scopes youtube.upload and youtube.force-ssl.
• With them it reads the connected channel's own basic information (channel id and title), uploads the channel's own videos and thumbnails, schedules their publication, and may post comments on the channel's own videos.
• It does not access, collect or store data about other YouTube users, viewers or channels.

How it is used, stored and shared

• The tokens are used only to perform the actions above for the channel owner.
• They are stored on the owner's private server in files readable only by the service account, and are never sold, shared with or disclosed to third parties.
• Upload records (video id, title, scheduled time) are kept on the same server to avoid duplicate uploads.
• This website itself sets no tracking cookies and collects no personal data beyond standard server logs.

Comments and fan suggestions

If a viewer suggests a fighter or votes in a YouTube comment, we may read the public comment text and the commenter's public channel name to count votes and credit fan-made fighters. We keep only what is needed for that (the comment text, the channel id for one-vote-per-viewer, and the credit name) and never sell or share it. To have your data removed, contact us.

Revoking access and deleting data

The channel owner can revoke the tool's access at any time at Google security settings, or disconnect it in the tool, which deletes the stored tokens. Stored data is deleted within 30 days of a request or of access being revoked.
